2-6.  Operating Procedures - Continued b. Jumpmaster Duties - Continued CAUTION Extreme care should be taken not to handle the rigged ARABS by any of the rigging components nor the exposed deployment system  components.    Specifically,  the  ARABS  should  not  be moved  or  steadied  by  grasping  the  payload  connector  straps, nor   the   master   tie   components,   as   this   may   interfere   with proper  deployment  of  the  system.    At  no  time  should  any  tie down   straps   be   routed   between   the   AGU   skids   and   the payload,    where    they    may    interfere    with    or    damage    the antennae.  Master tie cutter lanyards should not be attached to the  master  tie  cutter  firing  pin  ring.   Cutter  safety  pins  should not be removed at this time.  This will prevent inadvertent firing of the master tie cutters. 2-46
