(3) Grasp the saddle and pull straight up. Take the waistband through the saddle and completely
around the harness under the kit bag (pull tightly). Thread the waistband back through the saddle
into the waistband adjuster, then back through the waistband adjuster, forming a quick-release
(figure 2-71).
