Legibility of marking data; completeness;
dampness, fungus, dirt, acid, grease, oil,
foreign material, rips, bums, cuts, breaks,
frays, tears, holes, thin spots, loose weaving;
loose or broken stitching, lines, and webbing.
Hardware
Corrosion, rough spots, burrs, breaks, cracks,
