(6) Lower Cap Assembly. To replace this assembly (1) proceed as follows:
a Cut stitching (2) that secures cap assembly to container (3)
b Remove serviceable hardware (3) by cutting the webbing and set aside.
c Fabricate a new cap assembly as described in Appendix E.
d Place new cap assembly onto container as in original construction using size 3 thread, 6 to 8 stitches
per inch and a type HD sewing machine.
