US Army Material Change Management (replaces AR750-10), paragraph 10.

b. Bulk and Consumables: Webbing, Cotton, 1/4-inch wide, 80 lbs.
c. Parts Disposition: Items removed during installation of the MWO kit will be disposed of in accordance with local
procedures.
9.
SPECIAL TOOLS, JIGS, TEST, MEASURE AND DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT (TMDE), AND FIXTURES
REQUIRED. None required.
a. Place release on table or other suitable fiat surface with slide plate containing arming wire guide block facing up.
b. If arming wire is installed, pull wire dear of guide block and allow delay release timer to run down.
c. Using a 1 -inch wrench, remove two 5/8-inch nuts from clevis bolts and 3/4-inch wrench to remove nut from
lower bolt securing front side plate to release and lift face side plate from release.
d. Remove exposed toggle, toggle lockslide, and delay release timer from release body.
e. Remove toggle shaft and upper suspension link with retaining damp from release.
f. Remove retaining damp from within upper suspension link by sliding damp down and out through opening of link
g. Remove remaining toggle and toggle lockslide from release back slide plate.
h. Place the two each toggle lockslides, which were removed from release, in a suitable place away from work area.
i. Install one each toggle lockslide in recess on back side plate. From disassembled release, replace one of the
toggles in the recess on the back side plat.
j. Install toggle shaft.
k. Install retaining damp into upper suspension kit. Place upper suspension link assembly on toggle shaft. Ensure
retaining damp pin is seated into back side plate slot.
I. From the disassembled release, replace delay timer on toggle lockslide pin and recess on backside plate.
m. Install remaining toggle lockslide with delay timer.
n. From the disassembled release, replace remaining toggle.
o. Replace front side plate by placing it onto clevis bolts and lowering stud. Ensure delay timer, toggle lockslide,
toggle, and retaining damp pin aline with recesses in front side plate.
p. Install 5/8-inch nuts on the clevis bolts. Tighten with 1-inch wrench.
q. Perform functional test in accordance with TM 10-1670-296-20&P 10. MODIFICATION PROCEDURES. Refer
to the SOW, TDP, and the manufacturer's approved blueprints, specifications, processes, and procedures.
