Release does not operate properly.  Timer is not accurate.  Release is worn or has foreign material present. 15 Type IV Single Suspension Link Assembly.  Inspect link for bends, breaks, cracks, burrs, or rough areas.  Ensure proper operation of button and lock. Link has bends, breaks, cracks.  Surfaces have burrs or rough areas.  Button or lock does not function properly. NOTE No longer authorized for LVAD after 31 December 2003.
