c. Replace a lowering line pocket, if it cannot be repaired by restitching. Fabricate new pocket as described in
Appendix E, and sew to pack as shown using size 3 thread, 4 to 6 stitches per inch, and an HD sewing machine. Lock
stitching at least 1/2 inch.
