REPLACE Replace components of the harness assembly in accordance with the following procedures: 1.    Elastic retainer webbing.  Replace as follows: a.    Cut the damaged retainer and remove from the harness. b.    Cut a length of type I, elastic webbing, 4½-inches-long; dip the ends of the webbing ¼-inch into the melting pot. 0027 00-1    Change 1
