2. Type. Enter the parachute type.
3. Part number. Enter the part
number of the parachute canopy.
4. Date of manufacture. Enter the
month and year the parachute canopy was
manufactured.
5. Manufacturer. Enter the name
of the parachute canopy manufacturer.
6. Canopy contract number. Enter
the entire contract number specified for the parachute
canopy.
7. Station and unit.
Enter the
name of the station and unit to which the parachute
canopy is currently assigned. When a parachute is
transferred permanently to another station and / or unit,
the original entry will be lined out and the name of the
receiving station and / or unit will be entered.
8. At top of notes page located in
back of book enter: Placed in service: (enter month and
year that the item was placed into service).
