Check that each pad is correctly fastened (one bolt per panel may be missing) with no torn edges protruding downward and is not bowed to the extent of forcing the airdrop platform to bow or twist. Make certain that there are no punctures or torn areas larger than 2-inches in diameter. No two adjacent bolts are missing.  No missing bolts on rear panel and forward most panel.  Refer to WP 0013 00 for corrective action.
