b. Snap Hook. Replace a damaged snap hook (1) by cutting the stitching (2) that secures the item to the 1 inch
nylon tape (3).
(1) Remove the damaged snap hook (1) and discard.
(2) Thread 1 inch nylon tape (3), through serviceable snap hook (1) and fold back 1 3/8 inch.
(3) Secure new snap hook (1) with a double bartack (2) as shown using size FF thread, 7 to 9 stitches per inch
and a type MD sewing machine.
